You agree to use Good Therapy responsibly and not to: (a) Provide false or misleading information; (b) Use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation; (e) Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission; (f) Share your account with others; (g) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (h) Use the Platform to harm, threaten, or harass others.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) Good Therapy is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind; (b) We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service; (c) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (d) Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim; (e) We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, OpenAI) or their failures.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Good Therapy AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) Your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) Your violation of these Terms; (c) Your violation of any third-party rights; (d) Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.

Good Therapy integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), OpenAI (AI processing), MongoDB Atlas (data storage), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party service providers.

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we do not pre-screen user content and are not responsible for monitoring all activity on the Platform.
